What brand of shirts do you print on?
We print on a range of Gildan, Fruit of the Loom and other leading T shirt manufacturers. Details on fabrics and weights are within each item description.
What printing method do you use?
We use high quality Siser vinyls. These are cut and applied using commercial grade equipment so you can be assured of a high quality print. Vinyl does not fade, peel or crack like ink based prints can tend to do. Since we started we've now sold over 5000 Tee's printed this way and have always enjoyed great feedback and excellent customer satisfaction.
What size shirt should I order?
Refer to the sizing chart and any additional sizing details provided on the relevant product page in our online shop.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept credit & debit card payments all securely managed through our payment provider, Stripe. So you can be assured of a safe and secure transaction.
How secure is this store?Very secure. This store uses Stripe for payment processing, and Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and all card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Stripe securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. If you would like to discuss wholesale volume purchases, please contact us and include your business details in your message.
What is your exchange / return policy?
We know how difficult it can be buying clothes on the internet and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
Unused / unworn items, and if your item is simply not what you expected, we offer an exchange for another size/colour or a refund (as long as it is unworn and unwashed with any and all tags attached) Items should be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our RETURNS SLIP and ideally a copy of your packing slip. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. If you need to make a return please print and include a completed copy of our RETURNS SLIP. All that we ask is that you pay the cost of returning the item to us.
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or defective item please message us using the contact form on this website as soon as possible and return the item to us for replacement. We recommend using a tracked service or at the very least obtaining a proof of postage. We cannot be held accountable for loss after you have posted without a proof of postage. Please note any items personalised at your request (name/initials/number or company name) or clearly used/worn/washed are not returnable for refund or exchange.

Our Tee’s and materials perform really well with normal wear and good care. We always advise washing the garment inside out on a warm wash. Air drying is always best but you can tumble dry on a low heat if you need to. The only other advice is DON’T DIRECTLY IRON ONTO THE GRAPHIC DESIGN! It’s applied using high heat and pressure, a direct iron will likely cause damage. Ironing inside out is fine.
So wash inside out, iron inside out flip it, wear it, wash it. Done!
How long will delivery of my order take?
Orders are typically despatched within 2 working days; although over 90% leave next day.
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 1-2 business days following despatch. EU orders are generally delivered within 5 working days after despatch and International orders are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing. We despatch Monday to Friday with the exception of UK public holidays. Orders received on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays will generally be despatched on a Monday. In the UK we primarily use Royal Mail 1st Class to deliver our orders. In most instances these are delivered within 2 working days however they can, on occasion, take longer due to circumstances outside of our control. Outside of the UK orders will be delivered by a local delivery company that we cannot stipulate.
Delivery is one of the few parts of the process we cannot control. Delays are rare but sadly can occur, lost in transit is even rarer but again occur from time to time. We kindly ask that on these rare occasions you work with us whilst we track and trace your parcel. We appreciate delays are a frustration; we will complete your order!
Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".
Import Taxes & Duties
Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by dcon clothing. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Customs & Regulations
Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as dcon clothing cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
